The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its regional hospital. This role requires a leader who can provide strategic direction, maintain compliance with policies, and support the realization of the organization's future objectives. The CEO will also be accountable for the quality of care, cost-effective services, and long-range planning, and must have a strong background in healthcare administration, including experience in financial operations, business planning, and management development.

Candidates for the CEO position at the regional hospital should have a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or related field, with a Master's degree in business, hospital, or healthcare administration preferred. Significant experience in healthcare administration at a senior level is essential, with a demonstrated track record in delivering excellence in the Triple Aim of access, affordability, and quality. The ideal candidate will have executive-level experience in a multi-facility healthcare system, strong skills in engaging employees, physicians, and community leaders, and a background in philanthropy and business development.
