About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for one of its community-based, not-for-profit hospitals. The CEO will be responsible for directing and facilitating all operations within the acute care campus, ensuring that the hospital's strategy aligns with the company's strategic plans. This includes integration among medical staff, nursing, clinical, and support services to achieve optimal patient care and internal services excellence. The successful candidate will provide leadership in the administration of operations, maintain compliance with policies and strategic objectives, and support the realization of the company's future goals. The role also involves maintaining effective relations with employees, medical staff, the community, and the hospital's Board, as well as promoting positive community contacts and relationships.

Candidates for the CEO position must have a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or related field, with a Master's degree in business, hospital, or healthcare administration preferred. Significant experience in healthcare administration at a senior level is required, with a demonstrated track record in financial operations, business planning, and management, as well as in delivering excellence in the Triple Aim of access, affordability, and quality. The ideal candidate will have executive-level experience in a multi-facility healthcare system, strong skills in engaging employees, physicians, and community leaders, and a background in philanthropy. The CEO should be politically savvy, an excellent communicator, and possess the ability to lead strategic initiatives and build high-quality healthcare delivery systems in collaboration with professional and community partners.
