About the Role

The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic and operational leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-value care, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and maintaining the organization's financial and operational success. Key responsibilities include providing cultural and business leadership, setting and achieving financial targets, and ensuring the organization meets all legal and regulatory requirements. The CEO will also be expected to have a strong background in healthcare administration, with a focus on areas such as strategic planning, quality and safety, finance, operations, and physician relations.

Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of executive experience in a hospital or health system, with a proven track record of successful financial and operational performance. The role requires a leader with strong business and administrative skills, the ability to develop and implement strategic plans, and experience in managing organizational change. The ideal candidate will be politically savvy, have a strong network of relationships, and be committed to the values of the organization, including stewardship, excellence, and respect. A bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred, along with a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) designation. The CEO should be a visible, approachable, and ethical leader with superb communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
