About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Private Equity Fund Accounting to take on a pivotal role in fund reporting and investor communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quarterly reporting, capital activity, and both in-house and outsourced fund processes. This includes collaborating with auditors, fund administrators, and internal stakeholders, as well as driving process improvements. The role demands a strategic and detail-oriented leader with excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage deadlines and teams in a high-volume environment.

Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Private Equity Fund Accounting at the company include fund reporting oversight, capital activity and investor reporting, cash and treasury management, audit and vendor management, cross-functional leadership, and development and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 12-15 years' experience in public accounting and private equity fund accounting. Proficiency in Investran and InvestorVision, advanced Excel skills, and a strong knowledge of private equity structures and investor reporting standards are essential. The role is suited to a professional with deep expertise in private equity fund accounting, audit, and investor servicing, who can mentor staff and drive reporting automation.
