About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of GTM Enablement to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the go-to-market organization, responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding, training, and continuing education programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effectiveness and scalability of the rapidly growing sales, client services, and marketing teams. The VP of GTM Enablement will work closely with executive leadership and various stakeholders to identify training needs, create content, and manage the training process for new product and feature rollouts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue/sales enablement, particularly in the context of B2B technology-enabled services or software companies, and a proven track record of building and managing GTM employee training programs.

Candidates for the VP of GTM Enablement position at the company should have significant experience in the field, with a focus on complex, high-ACV solutions sold to C-level buyers. The role requires expertise in sales processes, methodologies, and the design of sales collateral. Instructional design experience and proficiency in key software tools such as CRM, conversation intelligence, and knowledge management platforms are essential. The VP will be expected to own the outcomes of the training programs, measure their impact, and continuously improve them. Collaboration with product marketing and revenue operations teams is also a key aspect of the role, as is the ability to lead a team of enablement professionals as the company grows.
