About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Philanthropy to join their team and lead the development and execution of a comprehensive fundraising strategy. They should be adept at cultivating and stewarding donor relationships, and experienced in leading a team to foster a culture of collaboration, boldness, and equity. Applicants for the Vice President of Philanthropy position at the company should have 7-10 years' of fundraising experience, with at least 5 years' in senior leadership roles. The role requires strong financial acumen, experience in budgeting and campaign forecasting, and proficiency with CRM and project management tools. The candidate will be expected to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a CFRE certification is a plus. Familiarity with the philanthropic and social justice landscape, particularly in San Francisco, is preferred.
