About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Philanthropy to lead and oversee the philanthropic activities of its foundations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing a range of fundraising initiatives, including capital campaigns, major gifts, and annual giving. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies and donor communication programs, as well as ensuring that philanthropic efforts align with the needs of the company's patients, healthcare facilities, and research and education programs. The VP will also be tasked with establishing and nurturing relationships with external agencies, organizations, and donors to secure new revenue funds and will work closely with executive leadership and the board of trustees to meet the foundations' budgetary and campaign goals.
Applicants for the Vice President of Philanthropy position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 5 years' of experience in non-profit management, charitable fundraising, or a related area. A minimum of 1 year in a leadership role is required.
