Commercial Coordinator
to join their Commercial Division. This high-visibility role offers an exciting blend of marketing support and operational coordination, working directly with top-producing commercial agents. The position is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships while delivering impactful marketing materials, managing listings, and supporting key initiatives that drive business growth. Responsibilities: Serve as the main marketing support for top-performing commercial agents, producing custom materials such as brochures, e-blasts, offering memorandums, social assets, and proposals. Manage the listing process by preparing, syndicating, and maintaining listings across platforms including CoStar, LoopNet, MLS and others. Coordinate and manage commercial events, monthly team meetings, and networking activities, ensuring smooth execution. Collaborate with the graphics team and leadership to create new marketing assets, launch initiatives, and support events for the commercial division. Support operational needs including vendor management, lead distribution, commercial website updates, and
onboarding/orientation
for new agents. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, marketing, or a client-facing coordination role. Hands-on experience with listing platforms such as CoStar, LoopNet and/or MLS Strong creative skills; proficiency with InDesign is ideal (Canva or similar design tools acceptable if eager to learn). Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and agent requests simultaneously. Excellent communicator who can build rapport with senior commercial agents and collaborate across teams.
