Description A Senior Project Manager is the company’s representative with primary responsibility for profit/loss on assigned projects. Manages all phases from preconstruction to closeout, supporting the company's growth through our vision, mission, and values. Reports to a Project Executive or Business Unit Leader and manages Project Managers, Superintendents, and other staff. Coordinates activities across departments to ensure successful project execution, compliance with laws, standards, and quality requirements. Has authority over cost and schedule decisions and acts as the main contact with the owner. As a
Senior Project Manager , reporting to
the Operations Manager , you will have the opportunity to: Manage the process to deliver the initial fee Enforce project Safety Plans Plan staffing needs during preconstruction and construction Make staffing and training recommendations Coordinate resource allocation Address change requests promptly Ensure procurement accuracy Develop project schedules and manage subcontractor negotiations Manage owner deliverables and quality programs Hold regular meetings to resolve issues Develop and present owner status reports Conduct project planning, progress, and closeout meetings Train and mentor project staff Requirements Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience At least ten years’ experience in commercial construction and management Minimum two years in a commercial electrical contractor Experience with large hospital projects Strong understanding of industry practices and safety regulations Proficiency in relevant software and documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Additional Details Seniority level: Not Applicable Employment type: Full-time Job function: Project Management and IT Industries: Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at WRS - Worldwide Recruitment Solutions by 2x.
