What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Work with customers at varying stages of solution maturity to address specific technical challenges - Assess customer technical issues and present optimal solutions - Maintain expertise in Adobe Experience Manager by staying current with new releases - Build and manage trusted advisor relationships with customers, CSMs, and product teams - Lead multiple customer engagements simultaneously while fostering teamwork among cross-functional teams

What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience with Assets & Sites - At least 2 years of experience with Adobe’s Creative Cloud Solutions - Deep understanding of the content life cycle, from concept to measurement - AEM Sites Architect Certification - Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written in English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with Gen Studio for Performance Marketing and executing the content supply chain - Proven ability to lead discussions on content authoring best practices and technical architecture - Experience developing customer-facing thought leadership assets for technical issues - Ability to articulate business solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
