Monday - Friday, 8.30am – 6pm or 8am – 5.30pm è There may be hybrid work arrangement but subjected to work arrangement. Salary:
Up to $6000 + 0.5 month completion bonus for every completion of 6 months contract Job Responsibilities: Provide all required day-to-day administrative and logistical support for the efficient operation of the Legal, Compliance and Corporate Secretarial teams, including but not limited to:
Allocating requests for legal assistance to relevant lawyers and opening new files; Invoice processing and approvals; Assist with the planning, food and beverage arrangements and all logistics requirements for Board and Committee meetings and the Department; Requesting for Land Title Searches; Preparing and updating the following Dept reports for the Chief Legal Officer; Full admin support (including, printing, typing, filing and arranging of meetings) for lawyers, compliance and corporate secretarial team members in the Department; and onboarding and offboarding of new hires and exits.
Plan and organise Department activities. Any other responsibilities as assigned. Job Requirements: At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in general administrative management Ability to multitask, prioritise and execute in the fast-paced environment A team player Exhibit initiative Proficient in MS office skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Jessie Hoe Huey Miin CEI R1103861 EA: 99C4599
