Human Resources Manager

to join our HR team on a part-time, remote basis. In this role, you’ll provide strategic and hands-on support in key HR functions including employee relations, compliance, talent management, and organizational development. You’ll work closely with managers and employees across the organization to foster a positive and productive work environment that aligns with Dealer Tire’s mission and values. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic HR partner to department leaders, providing guidance on HR policies, performance management, and employee development. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues while ensuring fairness and consistency. Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Oversee part-time HR initiatives including engagement programs, onboarding/offboarding, and remote workforce support. Assist with policy updates, employee handbook revisions, and internal communications. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on part-time hiring needs and workforce planning. Provide coaching to supervisors and team members to improve performance and engagement. Ensure HR processes and practices align with Dealer Tire’s culture and DEI objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification a plus). Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Manager or Business Partner role. Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of discretion and professionalism. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams). Working Hours: Approximately 20–25 hours per week.
