The ideal candidate will possess strong legal acumen and can handle complex cases with precision and efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to represent clients, provide expert legal counsel, and contribute to the firm’s success in a dynamic legal environment. Duties: Represent clients in legal matters, including court appearances and negotiations, ensuring the protection of their rights. Perform comprehensive legal research to inform case strategies and preparation. Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. Provide in-depth legal guidance in the area of Personal Injury Protection (PIP) law. Stay current on legal developments, including changes to relevant laws and regulations. Collaborate with fellow attorneys to develop effective legal strategies. Communicate clearly with clients to explain legal options, processes, and case updates. Requirements: In-depth knowledge and experience with PIP law. Personal Injury Protection (PIP) experience. Proven ability to handle legal research effectively. Strong litigation skills, with the ability to present cases persuasively in court. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities. Superior written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and client interaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative legal team. A high degree of integrity and professionalism, especially in handling sensitive case details. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. Skills: Advanced knowledge of Personal Injury Protection (PIP) law. Expertise in legal research and case preparation tools. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong litigation and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
