As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. Whether you're greeting guests, notifying staff of arrivals, or providing directions within the office, you will be essential in ensuring smooth front-desk operations.
Responsibilities: Welcome clients and visitors with a courteous and professional demeanor. Inform staff of visitor arrivals and provide appropriate assistance. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and email inquiries. Perform general administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, message-taking, and meeting scheduling. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages. Prepare meeting and training rooms as needed. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
Requirements: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role. Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Positive attitude and a collaborative team player.
