Villagio Hospitality Group is looking for a vibrant and welcoming
Receptionist
to be the first impression champion at our Support Center in Manassas, VA! You'll be the heart of our office, greeting guests, connecting our incredible team, and keeping our operations running smoothly, all with a smile and positive attitude. PRIMARY
RESPONSIBILITIES: Warmly welcome and greet all guests and team members, providing a positive first impression for Villagio Hospitality Group. Manage a multi-line phone system, answering, screening, and efficiently directing incoming calls to the appropriate team members. Manage incoming emails, ensuring they are sorted and redirected promptly to the correct contacts. Maintain the reception area and all common spaces, ensuring they are consistently restocked, tidy, and presentable. Efficiently order and manage supplies for both office and kitchen areas, maintaining adequate stock levels. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries with accuracy and timeliness. Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing conference room bookings. Provide essential administrative support, including data entry, filing, copying, and preparing documents as needed. Support additional administrative duties as needed, contributing collaboratively to the team's success. REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and professional interaction with clients, vendors, and colleagues. Proven ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable operating standard office equipment. A positive, professional demeanor and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service. EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:
High School or equivalent. Previous experience in a Receptionist or administrative support role is beneficial, but a proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are highly valued. PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds (e.g., mail, office supplies) Regularly required to sit for extended periods while performing computer work and managing the reception desk.
