Examples of Duties

As an Assistant Planner, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the community by researching and analyzing land use, zoning, housing, transportation, and environmental needs. You'll review development proposals, assist property owners and developers, prepare reports and presentations, and provide support to the Planning Commission and City Council.
