Sr. Control-M Engineer
to join our infrastructure and automation team, supporting and enhancing the Bank’s scheduling/orchestration environment. The role involves maintaining Control-M in a
hybrid cloud setup (AWS + SaaS)
and contributing to a major migration project from on-prem Control-M to
Helix Control-M SaaS . This position requires strong technical expertise in Control-M, hands-on migration experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain Control-M workflows and jobs. Re-engineer orchestration workflows in line with Bank standards and best practices. Perform upgrades of Control-M applications and Virtual Agents. Implement
Jobs-as-Code
through CI/CD pipelines. Troubleshoot issues using logs, error codes, and monitoring tools. Support delivery teams in redesigning Control-M workflows/jobs to align with enterprise standards. Execute migrations from on-premise to Helix SaaS using
BMC migration tools . Ensure compliance with Helix Site Standards, including conversion of global variables to local pool variables. Participate in agile ceremonies and manage independent deliverables. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience configuring and managing
Control-M workflows/jobs . Hands-on experience with
Helix Control-M SaaS
(highly preferred). Strong background in
migration from on-premise Control-M to SaaS . Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines
and
Jobs-as-Code . Hybrid cloud experience (AWS + SaaS applications). Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across IT and business teams. Seniority level
