The Manager is responsible for strategic thinking, tactical action, and operational decision-making to fulfill the mission of the department and organization. They are a cross-functional leader overseeing patient flow across multiple service lines, departments, and sites. The role involves developing, interpreting, and applying departmental policies and standardized workflows, as well as implementing process changes identified through the Revenue Cycle process or regulatory audits. The Manager anticipates and encourages research of business needs to develop, plan, and implement proactive solutions. They are expected to manage initiatives supporting patient satisfaction standards and objectives. The role includes providing financial analysis and strategic planning, overseeing the budget in partnership with management and Finance. The Manager practices the BHSF philosophy of service excellence by providing professional, compassionate, and friendly service to patients of all ages, families, employees, physicians, and community members. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare preferred, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare leadership. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, a minimum of 6 years’ experience in healthcare leadership. Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) preferred. Leadership experience managing multiple departments, call centers, or in fast-paced environments under tight/stressful timelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on problem resolution. Ability to multitask, especially during stressful situations. Professional, detail-oriented team player. Understanding of performance improvement processes, including data collection, analysis, and process change implementation. Knowledge of healthcare regulatory guidelines such as HIPAA, AHCA, EMTALA, etc. Experience with Microsoft Office products and EMR applications. Bilingual in English and Spanish/Creole preferred. Minimum required experience: 5 years in healthcare leadership. EOE, including disability/vets
