Basic Qualifications
• Extensive US Government (USG) customer interface including customer program offices, DCAA and DCMA and experience across large programs.

• Significant experience with policies related to USG estimating and contracting and strong understanding of the FAR and DFAR.

Job Description
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a F-35 Pricing and Estimating Director. In this role you will be responsible for:
•Directing the F-35 planning, development and approval priced estimates that meet the company’s ROS commitments. •Ensures successful employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/feedback actions. •Directs the development of cost estimating and pricing elements in the development of proposals for all F-35 priced estimates in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications and all government regulations (when appropriate). •Directs the research and analysis of historical data, development of cost models and basis of estimates (BOEs) to support estimating and pricing efforts. •Monitors the coordination of activities and participates in audit and fact-finding meetings with customers. •Ensures participation in strategic pricing reviews with management including participating with the contract’s negotiation team for final cost and price negotiations. • Ensures active partnerships with the Contracts Management and Independent Cost Evaluation (ICE) teams •Supports the compliance of the estimating business system for F-35 priced estimates throughout the bi-annual DCAA estimating system audit. •This involves the appropriate DFARs / FAR compliant processes and procedures including a compliance internal audit of all estimates above the TINA threshold prior to submittal. •Build effective and trusting relationships with F-35 LM stakeholders, the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO), DCAA and DCMA.
