Project Manager F-35 Fleet Readiness
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects to improve the corporations top priority, F-35 fleet readiness. Serves as the responsible manager of projects aimed at improving fleet outcomes and exceeding contracted performance outcomes. Manages multi-disciplinary teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and optimize the supply chain. Will be responsible for briefing improvement outcomes to both government and internal executive leadership teams. Basic Qualifications: Experience supporting or executing a Department of Defense Contract Experience in Risk and Opportunity Management Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Desired Skills: Experience working with integrated master schedules and relevant scheduling tools (Project, OpenPlan, etc.) Strong coordination, integration, and communication skills Experience with process optimization / improvement Ability to multi-task and be organized Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-domain team Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
