$70.00/yr - $96.25/yr About the role:

The Territory Business Manager PI supporting the Santa Barbara, CA territory will drive Immunology sales growth through execution of sales strategies. As part of the PI Sales Team, you will report to the Sr. Regional Business Director. Territory includes San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Thousand Oaks, Ventura, San Fernando Valley, Bakersfield, and Fresno. How you will contribute:

Collaborate with the Regional Business Director and customer-facing team members to support patients through their PI journey. Drive demand generation by educating healthcare professionals on Takeda brands for Primary Immune Disease patients. Manage the complexities of the IG marketplace, including distribution and sites of care. Coordinate with third-party specialty pharmacies to ensure patient access to therapy. Follow all policies and guidelines, ensuring customer satisfaction and embodying Takeda's culture and values. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Clinical sales background with a Bachelor of Science degree (minimum). 7+ years of successful healthcare sales experience, managing own business. Ability to work across organizational functions. Results-driven with a track record of success and compliance. Understanding customer motivations and needs. Business acumen and sales process knowledge. Territory planning skills. Ability to excel both independently and in team settings. Effective at analyzing customer data for sales strategies. Change agility skills and experience. Preferred:

Knowledge of and experience in Immunology. Experience with Specialty Pharmacy. Proven ability to influence healthcare providers and product launch experience. Physician engagement, including evening and peer-to-peer programming. Support for conventions and meetings related to Immunology. Travel Requirements:

Travel up to 70%, including overnight and occasional weekend travel. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Authorization to drive a company or rental vehicle. Training Requirements:

Successful completion of mandatory product training, including exams. Training includes live instruction, independent study, and role play, up to 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week. Post-training, transition to exempt status with eligibility for incentive programs. More about us:
