We are seeking a Genesys Architect or Lead to spearhead the migration of Genesys Engage (on-premise) to Genesys Cloud.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of the Genesys Engage to Genesys Cloud migration. Extensive experience with Genesys Engage (on-premise) and Genesys Cloud. Strong knowledge of contact center solutions, including IVR, routing, workforce management, and reporting. Expertise in cloud migration strategies and tools. Certifications in Genesys or related technologies are a plus.
