We are seeking a Genesys Architect or Lead to spearhead the migration of Genesys Engage (on-premise) to Genesys Cloud. Responsibilities include leading the design, architecture, and implementation of the Genesys Engage to Genesys Cloud migration. Extensive experience with Genesys Engage (on-premise) and Genesys Cloud is required. Strong knowledge of contact center solutions, including IVR, routing, and other related technologies is essential.
