Integration Technology Project Manager (PMP a must have) Onsite 5 days a week in Charlotte NC (Required) Contract 9 months potential to convert to FTE The Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope. This role is heavily focused on integration and technology-driven initiatives, including customer information systems, internal information systems, Snowflake data projects, and transitioning integrations from Boomi to AWS. The Project Manager will play a critical role in driving accountability, ensuring alignment, and moving projects through from start to finish. This position requires a hands-on leader who is confident providing direction, managing conflict constructively, and stepping in where product owners have previously shouldered too much project management responsibility. The right candidate will bring strong communication and relationship-building abilities, as this team values collaboration, proactive engagement, and effective stakeholder management. While this role does not involve budgeting responsibilities, it does require expertise in project execution and the use of OnePlan as the central project management tool. Key Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Drive end-to-end project execution with a focus on technology integration initiatives (Snowflake, Boomi-to-AWS migration, customer/internal information systems). Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones in OnePlan. Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet objectives. Proactively identify obstacles and drive resolution to keep projects on track. Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across departments. Assign tasks and manage workloads to support timely delivery. Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among team members. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve project issues promptly to minimize impact. Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the lifecycle. Prepare and present status reports, post-project reviews, and lessons learned. Job Requirements/Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field

or equivalent combination of education and experience . 5+ years of experience in project management, with proven success in technology and systems integration projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Experience with Snowflake data projects and cloud migration (Boomi to AWS preferred). Proficiency in project management tools, with hands-on experience in OnePlan strongly desired. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills with a proven ability to influence and drive accountability across teams. Strong relationship-building skills; comfortable facilitating discussions, managing conflict, and keeping teams focused. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
