Job Title: Warehouse Customer Service Representative (CSR) Clerk

Location:

Fife, WA

Shift:

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Tuesday - Saturday

Pay:

$18.00 - $18.50 per hour

About the Role:

As a Warehouse CSR Clerk at Adecco, you will play an essential role in supporting warehouse operations and customer service functions. Your main responsibility will be managing and monitoring delivery routes, dispatching drivers, and ensuring timely communication with clients to guarantee smooth and efficient delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor delivery routes and ensure timely dispatch of drivers to meet client needs.

Call and coordinate with drivers to confirm schedules, adjust routes, and address any delays or issues.

Follow up with clients to confirm delivery status, address concerns, and provide updates as needed.

Ensure accurate and timely updates are made to delivery schedules and databases.

Communicate with clients and drivers to resolve any delivery discrepancies or issues.

Assist with tracking shipments, ensuring all deliveries are on schedule and completed as planned.

Maintain records of all communication with clients and drivers related to deliveries and service issues.

Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper loading and unloading of goods based on delivery schedules.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills and proficiency with computer systems (Microsoft Office, Excel).

Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.

Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or customer service is preferred.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Pay Details:

$18.00 to $18.50 per hour
