Job Overview

Oversees store performance to meet or exceed customer service standards, sales targets, profitability, operating procedures, and merchandising objectives. Responsible for managing sales, profit margins, payroll, and expenses. Hires, trains, and develops staff, setting high standards for customer service and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Hire top talent to support sales, EBITDA, and operational goals.
• Achieve sales, gross margin, APC, customer count, and Mystery Shop targets.

Essential Competencies

• Ability to hire “A” players and source top talent.
• Efficiency, organization, industry knowledge, customer focus, proactivity, integrity, creativity, enthusiasm, strong work ethic, communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Completion of all relevant training modules, including GMIT and Talent Platform.
• Ability to participate in the succession program.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.

Pay Range: $20.69-$22.50 per hour.
