Job Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Director (West Coast) to drive business growth, expand regional market presence, and build long-term client partnerships. The role is based out of Portland, OR, with Seattle as a secondary location preference. The RSD will focus on new logo acquisition and account expansion across manufacturing and aftermarket product companies, selling IT services and SaaS-based solutions.
- Lead new logo acquisition by leveraging industry relationships and networks.
- Manage growth and account relationships across existing clients in the region.
- Build and maintain strong client, partner, and stakeholder relationships in the West Coast market.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, delivery, and customer support teams to ensure client success.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and progress reports to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new logo acquisition by leveraging industry relationships and networks.
- Manage growth and account relationships across existing clients in the region.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, delivery, and customer support teams to ensure client success.

Must-Have Skills
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of proven IT sales experience in the Manufacturing domain.
- Demonstrated success in selling software services and SaaS products (Salesforce, Pega, ServiceNow).
- Track record of selling to:
- Heavy Equipment (Construction, Ag Equipment)
- HVAC / Climate Control
- Automotive (Passenger & Commercial Vehicles)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and sales performance metrics.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of aftermarket software products and digital transformation in industrial sectors.
- Established C-level connections within West Coast manufacturing companies.
Candidate Requirements
- Citizenship/Work Authorization: USC, GC, H1, L2 (No OPT).
- Stable career history with progressive growth in sales roles.
- Must not be employed at DTNA (No-Poach).
- Preference for candidates based in Portland, OR (Seattle, WA considered).
- Availability for multiple interview rounds (technical + executive).
