- Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend
- Call Requirement : None
- Floating : Yes, to other Med/Surg or like units within the hospital or affiliates
- Block Schedule : Not guaranteed, but may schedule 3 in a row
- Orientation Hours : 24 hours
- Guaranteed Hours : Client may cancel up to 36 hours/13-week contract

- Experience : Minimum 1 year required
- Certifications (Required):
- BLS (AHA or Red Cross only)
- NIHSS
- Certifications (Preferred):
- ACLS
- License : Active Illinois RN license in hand at submission
- First-Time Travelers : Accepted
- Locals : Accepted (no radius restriction)

- Central/PICC line care, phlebotomy, starting IVs
- Blood product administration
- CVA, Neuro surgery care
- Chest tubes, CPAP/BiPAP, HFNC
- Wound care/VAC
- PCA, Heparin, Insulin administration
- Surgical drains, Isolation precautions
System & Charge Nurse Experience:
- Cerner experience preferred
- Previous charge experience preferred

???? Submittal Requirements
- ? SSN & DOB at time of submission
- ? Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
- ? Max 5 days of RTO auto-approved (non-holiday)
- ? IL license must be in hand at submission
- ? All documentation, lab appt, badge photo, and Docusigns must be completed within 1 week of contract
- ? No RQI certifications (AHA/Red Cross only)
- ? No PERM/PRN staff within last 12 months
???? Onboarding & Modules
- Modules : Non-billable up to 16 hours; billable beyond that
- Completed virtually on Day 1 and then annually

- Parking : Permit required (no cost) completed during orientation
