Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess Epic experience and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to float to different units as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver direct patient care and manage the nursing process for assigned patients.- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, while ensuring adherence to safety standards.- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.- Document patient assessments, plans, interventions, and evaluations accurately in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.- Maintain a safe and clean environment while upholding hospital policies and standards. Qualifications: - Current state nursing license (pending licenses will be considered).- Minimum of (specific years of experience) in a nursing role.- Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR), specifically Epic.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and float to various units as needed. Work Schedule: - This is a full-time position requiring night shifts (12 PM - 12:30 AM). Dress Code: - Navy blue scrubs are required for this position.
