The ideal candidate will possess Epic experience and be eager to provide quality care in a dynamic healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients during the night shift.- Effectively utilize the Epic EMR system for patient documentation and care management.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.- Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to the team.- Participate in patient and family education to promote health and wellness. Qualifications: - Current and valid RN license in the state of practice (pending licenses may be considered).- Proven experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting, with special consideration for those who have worked in acute care environments.- Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
