Receptionist
Location: Onsite, Englewood, CO
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Overview:
A professional and organized Receptionist is needed to support a busy office environment in Englewood, CO. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who enjoys being the first point of contact and keeping operations running smoothly. Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and internal personnel
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area
- Monitor and distribute courier and mail deliveries
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Make deliveries or pickups to/from agents, attorneys, and clients when applicable
- Prepare earnest money receipts
- Send prepared thank-you notes or opening letters to agents (if applicable)
- Order listing kits and/or farm kits
- Open, sort, and file daily mail
- Open new escrow orders
- Request payoff/assumption statements
- Complete simple close-outs
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Work overtime hours when requested in advance by management
- Previous real estate office or receptionist experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Professional demeanor and a customer-focused attitude
- Reliable transportation (if deliveries or pickups are required)
