Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside Agile teams to design, develop, test, and implement comprehensive technical solutions using various full-stack development tools and technologies.
Lead a team of skilled developers with expertise in machine learning, distributed microservices, and full stack systems.
Utilize programming languages such as Java, Scala, and Python, as well as Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, along with cloud-based data warehousing services like Redshift and Snowflake.
Stay updated with the latest tech trends, experiment with new technologies, participate in technology communities, and mentor fellow engineers.
Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver impactful cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans towards financial success.
Conduct unit tests and peer reviews to ensure high standards in code design, performance, and quality.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree.
At least 4 years of experience in application development (internship experience not included).
At least 2 years of experience in big data technologies.
A minimum of 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
Preferred Qualifications: 7+ years of application development experience, including Python, SQL, Scala, or Java.
4+ years of experience with a public cloud provider (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
4+ years of experience with distributed data/computing tools (MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, EMR, Kafka, Spark, Gurobi, or MySQL).
4+ years working on real-time data and streaming applications.
4+ years of experience with NoSQL implementations (MongoDB, Cassandra).
4+ years of experience in data warehousing (Redshift or Snowflake).
4+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux, including basic commands and shell scripting.
2+ years of experience with Agile engineering practices.
