Job Description The Treasurer will be responsible for leading the company’s capital markets, liquidity, and risk management strategy in a period of rapid expansion and acquisition activity. This role will manage all aspects of corporate treasury, including current and future debt facilities, cash flow, and banking relationships, ensuring the business has the financial flexibility to execute its aggressive growth plan and position the company for significant capital events in the near term. Responsibilities will include: Structure, negotiate, and manage large senior debt facilities, ensuring covenant compliance and optimal terms. Oversee daily liquidity, cash management, and forecasting to support continuous acquisitions and integration activity. Lead banking, lender, and investor relationships; serve as primary point of contact for capital providers. Partner with CEO, CFO and deal team on acquisition financing, capital structure strategy, and integration planning. Develop and maintain treasury policies, controls, and reporting to support scale and investor readiness. Implement hedging and risk management strategies for interest rate and credit exposures. Prepare board- and investor-level reporting on cash, debt, and capital structure. Build a scalable treasury function capable of supporting rapid growth and eventual transaction readiness. Have over 8 years of treasury, investment banking, lending, or corporate finance experience in leveraged or acquisition-heavy environments. Have deep knowledge of debt financing, capital markets, and covenant management. Have proven ability to build lender relationships and raise/renegotiate facilities under tight timelines. Have hands-on, execution-oriented, and comfortable in high-growth, entrepreneurial settings. Have experience with M&A financing.
