$4,388.00 to $5,555.00 per month (SR-16, Steps C - I) Shift work:
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required. This position is with the Hawaii Department of Transportation. For questions, contact the DOT Personnel Office at (808) 587-2145, Monday - Friday, 7:45 am - 4:30 pm (HST). Duties include:
Supervising aircraft ground operations, assigning gate and terminal positions, coordinating aircraft movement, inspecting runways and airfield areas, enforcing safety regulations, managing lower-level personnel, handling emergencies, and preparing reports. Minimum qualifications:
Two years of general work experience demonstrating effective communication, understanding rules, report preparation, and emergency response; two years of specialized airport ground operations control experience; valid driver’s license; and ability to obtain SIDA clearance. Additional requirements:
U.S. citizenship or eligible status, no disqualifying criminal convictions in the past ten years, and legal authorization to work in the U.S. Other information:
