Responsibilities include managing academic, student, faculty, and operational functions crucial to the program's integrity and compliance. Key Duties

Academic Process Administration:

Support and oversee academic needs, manage records, course registration, and ensure compliance with jurisdictional and accreditation standards. Student Services & Advising:

Act as dean of students, handle academic and disciplinary issues, develop retention strategies, and manage course schedules. Faculty Support & Management:

Coordinate faculty recruitment, support, contracts, and evaluations; facilitate faculty access to resources. Administrative Leadership:

Oversee office operations, budgeting, event planning, and supervise support staff. Technology Initiatives:

Lead tech projects, manage platforms like PeopleSoft and 25Live, and support content and data management. Additional Duties:

Perform other assigned tasks and uphold university mission. Required Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, 3+ years managerial experience, strong communication skills, experience in educational administration, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with relevant software systems. Preferred Qualifications : Master’s degree or 5+ years in a similar role. Offers are contingent upon background checks. This is a full-time, 40-hour/week position with an expected pay range of $68,640-$70,000 annually. Pepperdine is an equal opportunity employer.
