Responsibilities :
Lead global HR strategy, including talent acquisition, retention, and development.

Design competitive compensation and benefits programs for tech talent.
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Drive employee engagement in a fast-paced, tech-driven culture.
Qualifications :
5+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership in tech.
Proven success scaling HR programs in global or high-growth companies.
Expertise in talent management, DEI, or organizational development.
Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
Bachelors degree; advanced degree or SPHR certification preferred.
