Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership in tech.
  • Proven success scaling HR programs in global or high-growth companies.
  • Expertise in talent management, DEI, or organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or SPHR certification preferred.
