Growth Marketing Lead
to spearhead our acquisition efforts in
New Jersey . This is a unique opportunity for a
hands-on, entrepreneurial marketer
to build and own the
US growth strategy from the ground up . You will take full responsibility for developing and scaling user acquisition across digital channels, ensuring performance goals are met in a highly competitive and regulated market. The role requires someone who thrives with
autonomy and accountability . While you will collaborate closely with marketing managers across other regions and have support from central teams and agencies, you will be the
primary owner of the US marketing domain
and the results it delivers. Responsibilities
Build, execute, and optimize the
US user acquisition strategy
across paid search, social, affiliates, display, and programmatic. Manage and scale campaigns directly in
Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other growth platforms . Own and optimize
CAC, ROAS, and LTV
by channel, providing clear reporting and insights. Run
A/B tests
on landing pages, creatives, and targeting to improve funnel conversion. Collaborate on
App Store Optimization (ASO)
and user acquisition creative briefs. Work with internal and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns while maintaining
compliance with regulated environments (iGaming focus) . Act as the
owner of the US marketing domain , ensuring localized execution and market-specific growth. Share best practices and align strategies with marketing managers from other regions. Requirements
3+ years of experience
in performance marketing or user acquisition, preferably in
iGaming, gaming, or DTC . Proven expertise in
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager , and familiarity with MMPs (Adjust, Appsflyer). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimize performance, and drive growth. Highly independent and self-motivated — able to deliver results without day-to-day guidance. Experience working in
regulated industries
(iGaming strongly preferred). Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with global teams and agencies. Based in
New Jersey
