Sugar Bowl Resort is seeking a

people-centric, detail-oriented HR Coordinator

to provide front-of-house employee support in our Uniforms Room at Donner Summit Lodge. The HR Coordinator is often one of the first team members a new employee meets at Sugar Bowl, so your presence and professionalism are crucial. In this role, you'll ensure employees receive uniform items in line with established guidelines while creating a seamless and efficient check-in and check-out process.

The HR Coordinator will work closely with our year-round Employee Housing & Uniforms Supervisor and may provide additional support in Employee Housing as needed.

Who you are

Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills People-oriented and approachable Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Word, Excel) Able to multitask in a sometimes high-pressure environment with ease and calmness Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality and discretion Flexible, adaptable, and a team player Familiarity with RTP or UKG is a plus What you will do

Greet employees, guide them through the uniform check-out process, and explain uniform guidelines Lead front-office tasks including phones, reception, filing, and general upkeep of the Uniforms Room Organize and schedule uniform appointments using a shared calendar; proactively reach out to employees and managers to ensure new hires are dressed and ready for their first day Manage the Uniforms email inbox, triaging messages and assigning them to the appropriate HR team member Use POS system for uniform check-in/check-out Run daily RTP reports for inventory tracking Launder uniforms as needed Support the Employee Housing & Uniforms Supervisor with day-to-day tasks and special projects Assist with shared snow-shoveling responsibilities at the Uniforms Office (DSL) Other Details
