The

Client Service

Centre Representative I-III

is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your Specific Duties Will Include: For All Levels (I-III):

Provide excellent telephone and written customer support. Troubleshoot online banking, account applications, and system navigation. Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries with professionalism. Resolve client concerns with diplomacy and escalate when necessary. Collaborate with internal departments to improve client experience. Level I:

Handle routine inquiries and support needs. Follow communication scripts and standard procedures. Learn about bank products and services. Level II:

Handle a high volume of calls, including more complex inquiries. De-escalate moderately difficult client situations. Mentor Level I representatives as needed. Level III:

Manage the most complex support cases and client escalations. Support internal training efforts for new team members. Serve as a subject matter expert on advanced deposit operations. Specific Qualifications for the Position Include: Client Service Centre Representative I:

Minimum 1 year of banking deposit operations experience. Strong verbal communication and customer service skills. Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; DNA and Q2 system knowledge a plus. Client Service Centre Representative II:

Minimum 2 years of banking deposit operations experience. Proven ability to handle complex client issues. Advanced problem-solving and adaptability. Client Service Centre Representative III:

Minimum 3 years of banking deposit operations experience. Demonstrated leadership or mentoring in a client service role. High-level technical support proficiency and communication finesse. Pay Rate Range:

CSCR I: $20.00 - $24.00/hour CSCR II: $22.50 - $27.00/hour CSCR III: $25.50 - $30.00/hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as a 401(k) plan.
