Customer Service Representative
opportunity with
an independent personal insurance brokerage firm located in Tampa, FL.

The
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, mitigating service problems, and providing an excellent customer experience.
Your specific duties will include: Interacting with sales leads to maintain and improve service and product knowledge. Tracking customer accounts and updating information as necessary. Identifying common customer issues and bringing them to the team's attention. Recording customer interactions and following up on their experience with the company. Referring to customer scripts when handling difficult situations and escalating to a supervisor when needed. Specific qualifications for the position include :
Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction. Technically savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills. High School diploma or equivalent. Pay Rate Range :
$45K base plus incentives.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
