Escrow Assistant
opportunity with a
leading financial services company that specializes in title insurance, escrow services, and real estate transactions.

are designed to support your well-being. Your Specific Duties Will Include: Prior to Closing:
Order payoffs and final utilities for files; verify payoffs match title commitments. Handle file requirements such as liens, judgments, and bankruptcy clearances. Obtain and verify past and present tax information to ensure accuracy. Order and follow up on HOA letters, bylaws, financials, and irrigation details. Gather commission information for real estate agents involved in transactions. Closing:
Assist with entering lender figures into the system. Print closing documents for signings. Print checks for closing transactions. After Closing:
Clean out files for loan package shipping and recording. Follow up on money held in escrow. Prepare closed files for scanning and documentation. Specific Qualifications for the Position Include:
Entry level escrow experience required. Strong knowledge of escrow processes, payoffs, and title clearance. Strong customer service and communication skills to interact with clients, salespeople, attorneys, and underwriters. High School diploma or equivalent.
Pay Rate Range:
$26.60 per hour.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as a 401(k) plan.
