API Development Job Summary:
We are seeking a
Senior Genesys Developer
with over
10 years of hands-on development and implementation experience
in Genesys contact center technologies, both
On-Premise
and
Cloud-based . The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Genesys platforms, integration with third-party systems, and cloud environments, particularly in high-availability contact center deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and troubleshoot Genesys software and hardware components. Develop and implement Genesys IVR scripts, routing strategies, and reporting tools. Integrate Genesys systems with external applications (including CRM like
Siebel ). Perform upgrades on Genesys and
NICE
platforms. Utilize
Genesys Cloud APIs, SDKs , and tools for building custom integrations and extensions. Coordinate with cross-functional tech teams including
Avaya ,
network , and
product vendors . Write technical documentation including design documents. Ensure adherence to security features and protocols in Genesys Cloud. Work within
Agile methodologies
and contribute to sprint planning and reviews. Required Qualifications:
10+ years in Genesys contact center development Strong background in
Genesys Cloud
and
Genesys Engage Genesys product expertise:
PureCloud ,
PureEngage ,
PureConnect Knowledge of
NICE
call recording platforms and
Genesys IR Strong understanding of
Contact Center network topology Proficiency in
Java, Python, JavaScript Familiarity with Agile tools such as
Jenkins Experience with
containerization
(Docker, Kubernetes) and
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure) is highly desired Primary Skill:
Genesys IVR Secondary Skill:
Cloud Computing Tertiary Skill:
Agile Tools (e.g., Jenkins)
