Overview
Seeking a skilled and proactive
Project Manager
fluent in
Japanese and English
to lead application development projects and support client operations through regular on-site engagement. This role combines project ownership with client-facing support and business growth initiatives.
Responsibilities Manage end-to-end application development projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure project requirements are met Provide on-site client support several days per week in the Los Angeles area Identify operational challenges and deliver practical, value-driven solutions Build client relationships and support business development opportunities Requirements Business-level fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken) Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years of project management experience (preferably in software/application development) Experience in client-facing roles, including on-site engagement Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) Familiarity with web/mobile app development and Agile/Waterfall methodologies Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, or Notion
