Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner Provide product and service information to customers to assist in their decisions Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams for further assistance Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Proven experience in a customer service role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems Benefits
