As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support that enhances the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products and services Process orders, forms, and requests accurately Document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes Provide product recommendations and assistance to customers Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor Benefits
