Temporary Office Manager/Administrative Assistant

to support senior executives and daily operations in the San Francisco office. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and adaptable who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment. 6-8 month contract What You’ll Do: Manage executive calendars, meetings, and logistics Coordinate domestic & international travel and process expenses Provide general office management, including supplies, vendors, and visitor coordination Support business operations and assist with events and projects Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of administrative or office management experience (professional services or financial services preferred) Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment This is an
