A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join the firm’s growing Palo Alto office. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for supporting attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case management, court filings, document review and production, drafting and responding to discovery, deposition and trial preparation, cite-checking, and mentoring junior paralegals. This position requires 4 days of in-office presence. Responsibilities: Assisting Attorneys in all phases of litigation from case initiation through trial including calendaring case deadlines, drafting court filings and preparations in Federal and State courts, and assisting with discovery and document collection. Proofreading, cite checking and preparing blue book court briefs and discovery documents. Assisting with deposition, meeting, or interview preparations. Assisting with all aspects, including travel, of trial and arbitration preparations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required. 7+ years of relevant experience preferred. Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program. Prior experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a large law firm, with expertise in Securities Litigation, Class Actions, AI, Privacy, Cybersecurity, Data Innovation, White Collar, and/or IP law. Experience with eDiscovery Databases such as Relativity, Opus 2, and CaseMap. The compensation range for this position is $120,000-$160,000. Additional benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, 19 PTO days and sick time upon hire, a birthday holiday, and parking allowance.
