to join us in our Peekskill, NY office. This is a dynamic, hands-on role with a

$50,000 base salary

plus commission opportunities

and significant potential for growth in both real estate brokerage and property management. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties (rent collection, maintenance coordination, lease prep). Provide administrative and operational support to our Principal Broker and property management team. Assist in business development initiatives and process improvement projects. Gain exposure to real estate sales, MLS listings,

earn commissions , and develop your career as a licensed agent. What We’re Looking For: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Interest in pursuing a real estate license (we’ll support you in getting there!).
