For the 2025–2026 school year, we are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in Gages Lake, IL. This full-time role will help manage district caseload overflow while offering the opportunity to collaborate with a strong team of SLPs in a supportive and highly collaborative setting. Responsibilities

Provide full-time speech and language therapy services to elementary students Support students across a variety of classrooms, including functional programs, structured learning (autism spectrum), specialized support, and general education Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to achieve communication goals Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and IEP compliance using Embrace Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team collaboration Utilize a dedicated office space for therapy and planning Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $54,000–$67,000 (annualized) or $43.83–$54.39/hour, based on experience and qualifications Paid Time Off: 6 days annually (prorated based on start date) Benefits Include:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) endorsed in Speech-Language Pathology Active Illinois IDFPR License in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply #IND-LH1
